TM24: Kaiser Permanente's BCM Program Launch: An Update

In 2001, HMO Kaiser Permanente launched an extensive BCM program with a pilot implementation at one of its California medical centers; in 2002, the program was extended to other sites, and over 6,000 medical center recovery plans were built. Attend this session, updated from last year's presentation, to review the 2003 program launch highlights, including institutionalizing and maintaining more than 12,000 plans at all 29 medical centers; all call, claims, and payroll centers; all California pharmacy operations; and all regional and headquarters operations.
